  • Pour impression, with care that cleft area and frenum attachments are included.
  • On stone model, block undercuts of cleft area with WonderFill or wax to allow for fabrication of maxillary plate.
  • Maxillary plate made in clear acrylic.
  • Plate of 2mm in thickness all around
  • Buccal flange in continuation with labial flange, to have continuous flange borders.
